Giant Sky 11 completes a trio of albums under the name of Giant Sky by Swedish muttl- Instrumentalist Erland Aastard Viken. The pervious ones being Giant Sky, Giant Sky 11 and now this last part Giant Sky 111, which is being released as two separate albums that share a similar space soundwise, mixing big spaces and sound alongside whieter more intimate tracks released as Giant Sky 3 and The Further We Go The Deeper zit Gets, i revied Giant Sky 2 last year and thoroughly enjoyed it, so this last and conclud8ng part certainly is most appealing to me
So what do we get, firstlybthe 3 album has 8 tracks lasting about 45 minutes in all wheras The Deeper album has just seven tracks of lengths between 2-3 minutes and a few longer 6 minutes plus tracks
Mundane Morning opens the 3 album with an interesting sound wash of Organ, Drums and Synthesisers all happily burbling along, cresting a free flowing sound,
Nothing To Forgive Nothing To Forget follows this is a glorious ear worm of a song which will stay in your mind for a long time, It is aided by a memorable guitar lines that is woven throughout.
